How to register competences
To register competence for an employee, select People from the main menu and then look up the employee. Click the name or select "Edit". Click "Add New Competence" and select a template in the upper right corner of the screen. All competence that are added are stored under the "Competence" field in the people entry.
To generate a CV based on the registered competence, select CV at the bottom left of the people entry. The CV can be downloaded in Word or PDF format depending on the selected system settings for CV's. In addition, select the desired date format and CV template. If attachments linked to registered competence are to be enclosed with the CV, check off "Include File Attachments". By default, the "Remove Empty Tags" field is always checked off, which means that the formulas in the CV template are not included in the CV printout if there are fields in the CV without any content. To download the document, select "Generate".
